- Building only about 5 homes per year, we are a hands-on builder owned by two brothers, Kevin and Dan Krumpelman, who both work closely with our customers from the beginning design stage until the completion of each home.
- We take pride in the quality of the construction and finish of each house we build, and continue to use employees with an average of over 20 years experience to install the interior trim in every home we build.
